Mount Shasta, the sleeping volcano – is a Sacred Mountain for native people who lives nearby. It is also recognized by esoterics as the Root Chakra of Earth. Beautiful and mysterious, it will be the main destination of our tour. We will be hiking, meditating, swimming in the crystal clear mountain lakes, re-charging and connecting with the nature.

Also, we will visit Shasta’s sister volcano, that didn’t live to our days and turned into beautiful and magnificent portal to another world — Crater Lake National Park.

Giant Sequoias grow along all North California coast, we will visit the least visited and least crowded parks. You will immerse in amazing energy and silence of these giants.

This is a retreat journey for those, who like hiking, meditation, and silence. Hiking distance will be 5-10 miles a day, with an option for less strenuous hikes who those who want so. We will be staying in hotels and comfortable lodges, having meals in local restaurants.

 This tour is suitable for reasonable fit people of all levels


San-Francisco – Mount Shasta, Ca – Klamath Falls, Or – Crater Lake, Or – Grants Pass, Or – Redwoods National Park, Ca – Fort Bragg, Ca – San-Francisco


August 14 —  meet at San-Francisco Airport, travel to Shasta – 5 hours. Lunch on the way.  Hike to Castle Lake and Heart Lake. Night in a hotel or airbnb in Shasta town.

August 15 – Sacramento Headquarters. Meet and greet Sacramento River —  the main river of California. It begins on the slopes of Mount Shasta as a spring. Opening ceremony. This water is drinkable and healing. Hiking and meditation on the slopes of Shasta – Panther Meadows, Bunny Flats. Lunch in Shasta town. Mc Cloud Falls – easy hiking and swimming for those who want. Night in a hotel.

August 16 – Hiking around Shasta – Mount Eddy trail and Dead Fall lakes – we will be hiking and swimming in mountain lakes entire day. Snack lunch on the way. Night in Stewart Mineral Springs.

August 17 – Visiting the Pluto Cave. If didn’t have time to hike on June 20th, Castle and Heart Lakes. Lunch in the town of Weed. Travel to the town of Klamath Falls, OR – 2 hours. Night in a hotel.

August 18 – Crater Lake National Park. We will leave early in the morning  and spend entire day hiking, walking and meditating in the park. Night in a hotel in the town of Grants Pass, OR

August 19 – We will spend traveling on Highway 1 towards San-Francisco. We will visit Redwoods National Park and hike in amazing forest of  oldest and tallest trees in the world. This is the least crowded Redwoods park in California. We will have a chance to stay alone with these magnificent giants. Drive to Fort Bragg. On the way we will get a chance to walk on  the beach, watch marine life, dine in one of the local small seafood restaurants. Night in a hotel in Ft Bragg.

August 20 in the morning – visiting famous Glass Beach in Ft Bragg, watching marine life there. Travel to San-Francisco – about 4 hours. It will take us entire day – on our way we will visit Fort Ross, watch marine life, stop by a winery in Sonoma county. Finally, we will get to Mount Tamalpais – the highest mountain around San-Francisco. Short hike to the top – with beautiful views on the entire Bay Area. Dinner in nice sea food restaurant. Night in a hotel in San-Francisco or overnight flight to the East Coast.
